DII offers direct educational services to individuals with dyslexia and training and support for family members, parents, and educators. Learn more about our services and programs below.

Testing

Testing at DII is conducted in a one-to-one structured environment and consists of a battery of standardized tests that are recognized by school systems and other professionals in the field. Learn more about Testing

 

Wells Multisensory Tutoring

Tutoring services are available for individuals with difficulties in reading, spelling, writing, language comprehension, oral expressive language, and math. Learn more about Tutoring

 

Camp Delafield

Camp Delafield is a four-week summer day camp focused on reaching the whole child through academics and activities that build and encourage motivation, self-esteem, and social skills. Learn more about Camp Delafield

 

School Support Program

The School Support Program provides multisensory direct instruction and educational support to students and teachers. Learn more about the School Support Program

 

Training

DII offers trainings in Orton-Gillingham and Multisensory Math, as well as educator workshops. Learn more about Training

 

Information Nights

DII offers free information nights to the community every other month. Topics range from What is Dyslexia? to Assistive Technology. Learn more about our information nights

 

DII Parent Group

The DII Parent Group meets once every other month to provide encouragement, support, and tips! You do not have to have a student at DII to join. The DII Kids Group meets in conjunction with the Parent Group. Learn more about the DII Parent Group

 

DII Kids’ Group

The DII Kids’ Group meets once every other month in conjunction with the DII Parent Group. Discussions will range from dyslexia (its challenges and advantages) to fun group activities. Learn more about the DII Kids’ Group

 

Lending Library

The DII Lending Library is available to current DII families. Find books that support what you or your child are learning in tutoring. Learn more about the Lending Library
